Your website (or your client's website/s) is a key marketing tool, but are you making the most of it? You need to pick them very carefully and get to the point quickly and clearly.
If you want your website to create the right impression and generate the enquiries you need, ask yourself:
- is the text easy to read?
- are the words clear, concise and straightforward?
- is it free of jargon, management-speak and long-winded words and phrases?
- are key benefits explained in a persuasive and convincing way?
- is there a coherent, uniform style and consistent tone of voice throughout?
- is the text free of typos and errors?
